A paid Webflow Marketplace template is licensed for one end product: one website for you or one client. You can customize it extensively, transfer the finished project to that client, and—on an eligible Workspace plan—export the site to host elsewhere. But you cannot reuse that same paid-template license for a second client or project, and neither you nor the client can redistribute or resell the template itself.

Yes. Webflow explicitly permits a paid Marketplace template to create one end product for one client, and you can charge the client for the completed customized website. Framer’s current Terms of Service say third-party template licenses are governed by its Community Terms and that support responsibility lies with the relevant creator.
If you work across both builders, compare Framer templates with the Webflow collection, but never assume a license purchased through one marketplace automatically grants rights on another platform or distribution channel.
Marketplace purchases are not the only way teams access templates. Independent libraries can use different commercial models, so the useful question is not simply “Can I download this?” but “What does this specific license allow me to build, transfer, reuse, and distribute?”
