License Agreement

We believe in fair use and transparent licensing — our terms are designed to protect both your rights and ours, with clear rules and zero confusion.

1. Ownership and Rights

All templates, digital assets, and resources provided by Flowmance are the exclusive property of Flowmance.

By purchasing or accessing any Flowmance product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Permitted Use

• You may use Flowmance templates for personal or commercial (clients) projects.

• You may customize, modify, and build upon the template for use in your own projects.

• You may use the templates for one end product per license, unless otherwise stated in your plan or subscription.

3. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, share, or make the templates publicly available in any form.

• Use Flowmance templates or assets in a way that competes with Flowmance or misrepresents ownership.

• Offer the templates (modified or unmodified) for free or paid download on any marketplace, website, or platform.

• Transfer the license to another person or entity.

4. Attribution

Attribution is not required, but appreciated.

You may include a credit such as “Designed by Flowmance” in your project footer or documentation.

5. Termination

Flowmance reserves the right to revoke licenses and access to its products if these terms are violated.
Any unauthorized distribution or resale of Flowmance assets may result in legal action.

6. Liability

Flowmance provides all assets “as-is” without warranty of any kind.
Flowmance shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use its products.
