Welcome to Flowmance! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://www.flowmance.com) and the services, assets, and digital content provided. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Use of Services

a. License to Templates, Files, and Assets Flowmance grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use design templates, components, files, and digital resources (“Resources”) available through our platform for personal or commercial use. You may modify and incorporate Resources into your projects, however redistribution or resale of Resources (in original or modified form) as standalone assets is strictly prohibited.

b. Access All Webflow and Framer templates are available with instant access. Figma design files are available upon request via email: info@flowmance.com

c. Compliance with Laws You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while using Flowmance products and services.

2. Subscription Plans

a. Yearly All-Access Yearly All-Access provides one-year access to available Resources and updates during the active subscription period. Your subscription does not auto-renew. A new purchase is required after expiration to maintain access.

b. Lifetime Access Purchasing Flowmance Lifetime provides permanent access to current and future included digital files, templates, and resources. This is a one-time payment.

3. Payment Processing Purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing through our platform, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms, tax policies, and processing compliance. Memberstack may be used for authentication, login features, user accounts, and gated content areas within the platform.

4. User Accounts Certain features require an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and actions under your account.

Flowmance may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or compromise platform integrity.

5. User Content Any content submitted (such as testimonials, messages, or feedback) remains your property, but you grant Flowmance a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display or reference such content for platform operations and marketing.

6. Intellectual Property All templates, content, design systems, digital products, and branding remain the intellectual property of Flowmance. You may not redistribute, clone, share, publish, or resell these materials except as permitted under your license rights.

7. Limitations of Liability Resources are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Flowmance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or resources.

8. Refund Policy All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, Flowmance does not provide refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for completed purchases.

9. Modifications to These Terms Flowmance reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms become effective once posted online. Continued platform use indicates acceptance of revisions.

10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Albania. Any dispute shall be subject to courts located in Tirana, Albania.
